DynaMarker
New Type Colored Size Marker
Prestained Molecular Weight Marker for small RNA
DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA Plus
The DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA series is a pre-stained molecular weight marker for a small size RNA, suitable for monitoring denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and blotting onto the membranes.
Electrophoresis movie of DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA Plus
This electrophoresis movie of DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA Plus was running in 1× TBE, 200V, 64 x speed playback
Electrophoresis profile of DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA Plus (5 μl) on 10 % acrylamide containing 7.5 M urea gel with 1× TBE buffer as running buffer.
The DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA series are a unique products. They consist of colored single-strand nucleic acids. The apparent molecular weight sizes of bands in DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA series are in excellent agreement with sizes of non-stained RNAs, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 bases in length (about 95 % accuracy).
Migration of each band in this marker matches that of 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 bases not-stained RNAs, with 95 % accuracy (see figure 1).
These pre-stained markesr are suitable for monitoring during denaturing acrylamide gel electrophoresis and for blotting onto membranes (see figure 2).
These markers are highly visible indicators with dual colors of blue and red.
The DynaMarker® Prestain Marker for Small RNA and for Small RNA Plus are ready-to-use mixture. They don’t require heat treatment or denaturing agent.
