DynaMarker® RNA Easy Measurment N
The DynaMarker® RNA Easy Measurement N is an RNA marker kit for easy measurement of RNA size on electrophorsis of non-denaturing agarose gel as well as of denaturing agarose gel.
DynaMarker® RNA High AGN consisted of nine discrete RNA fragments for easy recognition of RNA sizes and estimation of RNA mass: 200, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 8000 base of RNAs.
The concentration of each RNA (200-8000 base) in DynaMarker® RNA High AGN is approximately 0.1 μg/μl.
RNA Loading Buffer AG is provided for easy RNA preparation for agarose gel electrophoresis. By using RNA Loading Buffer AG, RNA electrophorsis is possible on non-denaturing agarose gel (1X TAE, 0.5X TBE) as well as on denaturing agarose gel.

DynaMarker® RNA High AGN (0.45 μg/ well), Human Total RNA (0.4 μg/ well) were electrophoresed on denaturing agarose gel (left) or non-denaturing agarose gel (right).
DynaMarker® RNA High AGN or Human Total RNA was mixed with formaldehyde-added RNA Loading Buffer AG+ and treated as above.
